Embracing the Unseen Path: Navigating Life Through Intuition

In the process of self-discovery, I've been more attentive to my body and my thoughts. And I've realized that my intuition was the one thing in my life that was always there and has been rather "loud" all the time. What has changed or better to say is changing is my attention to it and my willingness to follow something "I can't explain".

For years, I prided myself on my logical, analytical mind—a self-professed "numbers person.". For a year or so, I've been discovering a spiritual side of myself (to which I also "allocate" my intuition). While I am still learning to embrace my inner sorceress, I have realized that intuition does not follow any logical explanation and requires me to be comfortable with the unknown.

I've been listening to this inner voice in several situations recently and although in some I didn't act accordingly or didn't act at all better to say, in the end, it did turn out that my intuition was right. Recently, I've found myself grateful for the times I've followed my intuition, even if it meant stepping into the unknown. Every decision, whether acted upon or not, has affirmed the presence of this guiding star within me—a beacon of truth in a sea of uncertainty. This weekend I listened to it again and I left releaved a situation behind which was making me anxious before.

Pausing to reflect on my experiences and body messages has been instrumental in cultivating this deeper connection with my intuition. I think in the busy everyday life sometimes we live on autopilot, going through the days and weeks. Unless we stop for a bit and spend conscious time on reflection and planning we won't be able to change or grow.

I'm profoundly grateful for the support of my family thanks to which I have the opportunity to spend time on my own and look into the next steps. As a single mom, it's even more important to have this opportunity to disconnect, do the things you like on your own or with friends, and reflect on the areas you'd like to change and improve.

As I embark on a new week, I carry with me a sense of gratitude for the choices I've made, the relationships I cherish, and the inner strength that continues to guide me through life's challenges.
